Wyatt is 6 months old and Emma is 2!

My baby boy is getting so big! He's sleeping all night, eating two solid meals a day and rolling over. Wyatt has also discovered his hands and loves to have something in them all of the time. He is such a happy boy and I'm convinced that he's the best baby on earth!

For Emma B's second birthday we had a birthday party at the house with lots of babies, balls and butterflies! Emma loved opening presents and had so much fun with her friends. She got a new kitchen set that she uses every day, a suitcase, a lot of toys and some really fun games!

Halloween!

Halloween was so fun and Emma had her first taste of candy. We went trick- or- treating with Griffin! Wyatt seemed to enjoy being out and was so cuddly in his monkey outfit. I did think that Emma was going to have to dress up as "Emma" since the first costume that she picked out was itchy (it was a butterfly costume). Luckily I found her a "Halloween dress" because every time we talked about costumes she associated them with being itchy. I can't blame her- the fabric is typically cheap and itchy...not to mentioned it's not even tailored! Emma loved candy so much that she asked for candy for breakfast, lunch and dinner the next day. Unfortunately for all of us Ryan threw the candy away Halloween night when we all went to bed.

Warning this is about potty stuff!

Big things are going on at the Peddycord's house this week! Emma (22 months) decided on Sunday that she wanted to start potty training. We bought her a potty a few months ago but she wasn't interested in it so we put it in the closet. On Sunday out of the blue she said "I go pee pee in the potty." So we brought it out and BAM she pee pee'd! So this is day three and I'm happy to report that she hasn't had any accidents!

P.S. I never thought that I would ever write about this!

Family Vacay!

We ventured very far this year for our family vacation....all the way up to Orange County to stay at the St. Regis. It is such a beautiful hotel that caters to kids. Children under 10 eat free and they have a really cute buffet, story time with smores every night and they also bring otter pops and other treats to the pool ever hour on the hour! Of course they have a world class golf course, spa and it's right on the beach. Simply amazing!

Wyatt is three months old and is a healthy boy! He's following in Emma's footsteps (look at his thighs and chubby cheeks) and is in the 90th percentile for weight and 50th percentile for height. He started smiling, cooing, and giggling this month and he is such a happy easy going boy! He's already sleeping through the night and has slept in his bassinet all night for the past two nights. Yay Wyditt!!!
